Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Accra and Tamale Office (Ghana)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Reporting to: Finance Officer

Principal Accountability
The Finance Assistant will provide support to the Finance Team in the Accra and Tamale Offices.
Specific Accountabilities:
Running of weekly 22600 analysis by teams
Coordinate the review of 22600 documents and journaling for further review
Processing of monthly Payroll schedule and journals for field staff (LGs, BGs, TGs& AGs)
Running of GLA Account Reviews
Update of all authorized E-PRFs
Scanning of all financial documents to support Donor reports (Both Offices)
Follow up on receipts and bank statement to complete processed E-PRFs
Support with staff timesheet signing
KIVA Momo uploads and reconciliations
Review of vehicle log books in Accra
Finance Support to M&E team
Any Other Assignments
Experience and Skills
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
High level of integrity
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Good verbal and written communication skills
Essential
