Our team is based across the UK, working on a hybrid basis and coming together regularly in our Cambridge office. Despite our geographic distance from programme delivery, we take significant pride in consistently putting the girls and young women we serve at the centre of our work. Flexible & Hybrid Working
We understand that neither life nor work fits neatly into a standard 9-5.30 in the office every day of the week, all of the time. We want to ensure that the high standards we expect from team members are reflected in a flexible approach to accommodating their personal needs.
All UK employees are provided with the tools to work from home or in the Cambridge office. Managers work directly with individuals on finding and agreeing the right balance. All we ask is that teams come together at least 12 times a year (usually once a month) to connect and learn together.

Life Insurance & Income Protection
With Group Life Insurance coverage from day one of your employment, CAMFED will cover three times your annual salary to your nominated persons in the occurrence of death in service.
Income Protection provides coverage of 75% of your basic income after 12 weeks of absence
due to critical illness or incapacity. -
Season Ticket Loans
All employees who have completed their probationary period are eligible to apply for an interest-free loan to help cover or contribute toward the purchase of a season ticket for commuting to work.

Cycle to Work Scheme
Employees who have completed their probationary period are eligible to purchase a bicycle and accessories (up to a value of £1,000) through https://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/. This is a salary sacrifice benefit, meaning the purchase is made from gross (pre-tax) income, resulting in savings on tax and National Insurance. The cost is repaid through monthly payroll instalments, with no upfront payment required.

We offer short term personal loans to all team members. The loan is repaid monthly as a direct deduction from salary, within the calendar year in which it is advanced.
