Job Description
Job Title: Interns (2)- Administration Support
Location: Kenya
Contract: 6 Months
Reporting to: Head of Programmes

Principal Accountability
This role will provide administration support for programme operations related to data entry, filing, distribution of entitlements, consolidation of reports and organizing meetings for the CAMFED Kenya Programme.
Specific Accountabilities
Data entry of scholarship forms.
Distribution of entitlements in collaboration with various committees and CAMFED Staff
Organize records and filing.
Capture of new clients and CAMA forms
Consolidation of Learner Guide Reports
Support the planning and running of various CAMA convenings, meetings, events and activities.
Liaise with programme teams to collate or disseminate reports, data, information and other details
Any other duties assigned by the line manager
Person specification
Good analytical, writing and communication skills
Experience with data collection and data entry
Experience in administration.
Proactive approach and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience working with CAMFED as a partner or CAMA member
