Transport & Communications Support
Depending on your role, we may provide a monthly Transport and Communications allowance for team members in Blantyre.
Note: These two allowances are at CAMFED's discretion.

CAMFED Tanzania will provide medical aid cover* for all employees, one legal spouse or partner, and up to three legally recognised children under 18 years of age

We offer short term personal loans to all team members. The loan is repaid monthly as a direct deduction from salary, within the calendar year in which it is advanced.
