    We understand that neither life nor work fits neatly into a standard 9-5.30 every day of the week, all of the time. We want to ensure that the high standards we expect from team members are reflected in a flexible approach to accommodating their personal needs. 

    Managers work directly with individuals on finding and agreeing the right balance.

    All US employees work remotely and are provided with the equipment to work from home.

    CAMFED USA will offer health insurance cover* for all employees, including vision and dental insurance, and we note that there is no limit on the number of dependents. 

    The age limit to be considered as a dependent is 26 years, in line with US legislation.
