My journey began in a junior role - hands-on and full of learning. Coming from a background where opportunities weren’t guaranteed, I took every chance to grow, support my team, and contribute meaningfully to our mission. 
Now, as a manager, I lead with the same values that shaped me: equity, empowerment, and service. I’m proud to be part of an organization where we don’t just talk about impact - we live it.

I began my career with CAMFED in 2016 as a Finance Intern. In 2019, I returned to the organization to take up the role of Internal Audit Assistant and my current position is Regional Internal Auditor. My experience has steadily grown over time, and the journey has been truly amazing from starting out as an intern to becoming a qualified internal auditor. What stands out most about the people at CAMFED is the strong sense of family; regardless of your role, the work remains enjoyable. I am excited about continuing my journey with CAMFED for many more years to come.

Everyone needs time to recharge and spend with loved ones. All team members get paid annual leave (pro rata), including 5 discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period and local public holidays.
